I didn’t have to deal with a high pressure sale or a “good cop bad cop” routine, there was no writing numbers down on a piece of paper and circling them and having the salesman have to go and get an ok from some guy behind an elevated desk. The staff at Prestige simply made a fair evaluation for my trade-in and gave me a fair price on their vehicle without any drawn out discussion. EXCEPTIONAL...EXCEPTIONAL...EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!! Let me start off by saying "I normally under any and all circumstances hate car "salesmen". Prestige Motors changed that statement for me, they were great. Attentive but not pushy, very knowledgeable, spoke no ill words of their competitors (though I was) and just wanted to earn my business. They did so, and will again when I make my next purchase. They knew shortly upon my arrival, I had done my research (and plenty of it) on the two types of vehicles I was considering purchasing, Mercedes SLK's and BMWZ3's. They also knew that I had traveled the state of Florida and Georgia looking for the "right one" and the best value for the dollar. Without a doubt, the vehicle was parked in their lot. I must have gone to 15 dealerships in Tampa that had vehicles advertised and sitting on their lots that had not even been cleaned, inspected or repaired since the previous owner, I was so disappointed and by accident found Prestige while leaving a dealership just up the road from them that was your "typical lot with typical salesmen". I gave them my story, I let them know I had traveled 3 hours to look see a car at a lot about a mile up the road from them that I will just call "H", and after giving "H" a 24 hour notice of my arrival and yet another notice upon my departure from Jacksonville I still arrived at "H" to test drive the vehicle I had called them about and quickly realized I was someone else's expensive overpriced junk that had not even been cleaned, with the air conditioning not working, and not even inspected it yet, I was horrified because they promised me this would take place prior to my arrival. I found while traveling both states that that seemed to be the norm not the exception until I pulled into Prestige Motors. Every vehicle was prepared and ready to be purchased that day. I was amazed and still did not purchase that day, they spent plenty of time with me, they were very very patient with me, and they quickly learned that I was a cheap skate...lol. Did I mention how patient they were. I communicated with them for a week or so longer via phone, while still visiting city after city, lot after lot, private seller after private seller only to leave very disappointed and each and every stop making the SLK320 on Prestige's lot look even better before finally calling them and saying "ok, I am ready to purchase". They prepared the paperwork as promised that day, had the vehicle detailed and ready for me drive away within 10 minutes of my arrival the following day. I truly can't say enough great things about these guys, their business practices and their dealership. Combining the words ethical and car salesman in the same sentence is something I thought I would never do in a lifetime...but thumbs up guys I am doing it now. These guys at Prestige Motors could use a lesson or two on selling cars. First they should be standing in the lot chain smoking until a prospective buyer comes along. Then they need to stalk them like their next meal depends on making another sale. That is what the other dealers do. What I got was a warm, non-pretentious welcome accompanied by a price list of the entire inventory. What's that all about? No car dealer ever did that before. Not once. After zeroing in on a couple of cars that I thought had potential, they tossed me the keys and said "We will be in the office when you return." "Let us know if you have any questions or you want to look at any others." Now that's what I'm talking about! I found a car I love, I felt no pressure and I never experienced the least bit of buyer's remorse. Add to that a great price and a fair deal on my trade. In all my years I have never experienced buying a car like I did with Prestige. I would recommend at least taking a look if you are ever in the market for a car.

I purchased a 2001 Audi TT from Prestige Motors site un-seen from an ad in Auto Trader and had the car shipped to me. The sales person was Nick Meyers, who was very helpful and very willing to accommodate my needs. There were some problems with receiving the paper work but Nick had the car at the shipping depot on the date I requested even though the paper work had not been completed. The car arrived in the same condition as described in the ad except for a broken tail light. I called Nick and he said that that item was in the inspection report and that he would send me a new one as soon as he could find it. I had the car inspected by an Audi dealer and they said that the car was in very good working order and that it appeared to have been maintained very well. The car runs great and is a blast to drive. I have no complaints and would certainly not hesitate to buy another car from this dealer. A special thanks to Nick Meyers for backing up the car after the sale.

My experience with Nick, Jimmy, and Andrew was great, but what impressed me the most was their integrity. There was an issue with a defective item on my vehicle which was assumed to be taken care of through the manufacturers warranty. When it was discovered that the manufacturer did not stand by that item, Prestige Motors stepped up and took care of the cost after the as-is sale was completed. That's called standing by your word and delivering good service!

I live in Denver, Colorado. I found the exact vehicle I was looking for (2006 Toyota Tacoma, Crew-Cab, 4x4, White TRD Sport) at Prestige Motors in Tampa. I called from Denver, spoke to Andrew and ended up purchasing the truck later that morning. Andrew was AWESOME. He discussed the truck in detail and when it arrived in Denver it was exactly as he described. This was extremely important since I was buying the truck from out of state, sight unseen, and was having it shipped to Denver (1800 miles). After a very bad accident the last thing I was in the mood for was picking out another car, let alone a 2005 Red 9-3 Saab Convertible with a black top. Well, couldn’t get that but Jimmy found something even better. Ordering sight unseen is also something that is another no-no to me, but I did it. He did not let me down and I now own a beautiful black on black 2007 Saab 9-3 Aero Convertible with all the bells and whistles and am loving it. Nick came on the scene the day of pick up and was so full of information about the Saab Company and equipment that any inhibitions that were still harboring in me disappeared. They have won my future business on any automobile I purchase in the future. Bought a 2008 Infiniti G37 from Prestige Motors Tampa back in October 2010. I found them on the internet while searching for the car. I’ve never been real big on buying vehicles from smaller "mom and pop" dealers, but after working with Jimmy and Co., I will DEFINITELY use them for my next car purchase. I called PMT the day I found the car, and Andrew was nice enough to do a “walk around” of the vehicle while I was on the phone and answered every question I asked. Jimmy even picked me up at the airport and opened the dealership early on a Sunday to accommodate my flight schedule. The car was EXACTLY as advertised and was in the best condition I’ve ever seen a used car. If you think the dealer only cares about you until they get your money, think again. I just got a package in the mail (almost 4 months after purchasing the car) with a spare set of keys to the car. That consideration really makes this dealer stand out in my mind. Sure, any dealer can deliver exceptional service once in a while, but based on what others have posted here, it seems that Prestige Motors Tampa makes it their daily mission.
